This organization viz “General Insurance Technical Services (GITS) was established in 2024 with an aim to impart training to the general insurance professionals working in various capacities with various stakeholders of general insurance business viz Industrial Clients, Business establishments, IT Firms, Insurance Brokers Offices, Individual Agents, Surveyor organization, TPAs, Motor Dealers and other organisations in connected with buying, selling and servicing general insurance products.
The very purpose of creating this organization was to educate and train the young people who have joined in the broking firms, TPA firms and working with an Insured or motor dealer, web aggregators or insurance marketing firms where the scope of providing this technical training is difficult. Also make the insurance executives to learn the in and out of the insurance and to improve their skills from the experts in the field.
Further, those who seek guidance to complete the professional courses and to participate in the departmental promotions’ exams, this organization will support extensively.
Those who are interested to work with the insurance companies as Individual agents, POS, etc. this organization will give suitable coaching to them to complete their exams to get IRDAI license.
